Welcome to Chalice Consort!

We have successfully completed our inaugural season, and will be back strong in the fall with an out-of-the-ordinary season that we are pursuing for 2009-2010, in alignment with our mission.

We are currently calling for submissions for the Early Music Scholars' Competition! Top five selected newly discovered unaccompanies choral pieces will be presented at the subsequent Early Music Mining Conference in April 2010. Each editor of the selected five pieces will receive a cash prize, and be able to present their discovery and their editorial work in addition to other benefits. The two winning pieces selected by attendees at the conference will be performed by Chalice Consort at the SFEMS Fringe Concert Series of the Berkeley Festival in 2010 plus more benefits.
